10:15-11:45am -Extra Slow Yoga
Runs during school terms only, part of the Uniting Church Community classes
Suitable for seniors, or those wanting longer relaxations.
Includes gentle somatic based movements suitable for injury management.
Day Time classes are part of the Uniting Church Community Program, please contact the Church for up to date costs.
7pm -8.30pm Exploring compassion and resilience with Slow, Mindful Yoga
Banksia Yoga class
These classes emphasise building physical strength as well as emotional and mental strength through a variety of asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing) practices and mindful meditation practices.
8 week terms
Term one: February 4 - March 25
Term two: May 6-June 24
$95 term payment
Casual class pass $17 or $15 concession
