The benefits of slow yoga include:
7pm -8.30pm Kindful Yoga (mat and floor based)
Banksia Yoga class
These classes emphasise building physical strength as well as emotional and mental strength through a variety of asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing) practices and mindful meditation practices.
Term Four : October 14 - November 18
Focus of term- Mindfulness of movement, breathing and stillness.
