Body Sensing,Yoga and Mindfulness Course

Body Sensing is the art of living an embodied life, being aware of the innate intelligence of our inner world. It includes our physical body, but also extends to our emotions, thoughts, feelings, and spirit.
This inner awareness has an important role in reducing inflammation in the body, promoting good mental health and cognitive function.
Body Sensing is a 6 weekly course + half day mini retreat. It brings together the wisdom traditions of Buddhism and Shaiva Tantra, together with modern understandings of anatomy and neuroscience.
It is supported by a Body Sensing ebook .
More than Yoga…The Body Sensing course combines elements of Hatha yoga, Hanna Somatics, Mindful Self Compassion, Irest Yoga Nidra, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
This course is suitable for those who wish to learn mindfulness based body approaches to Health and Wellbeing. All physical movements are gentle and accessible.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket if you have them, or let me know if you need these supplied.
